I loved my experience here! Great place to live for the cost! It’s close enough to campus to walk and near bus stops if it’s too cold to walk. Everyone is talking negatively about the deposit return situation. I don’t remember what I got back…but I know I would have

remembered if it was a bad situation. Most places never return the full deposit for repairs/carpet cleaning/other expenses we don’t always think about.

Managers are really nice and accomodating. Apartments are pretty good for the money. However, watch out come the end of the year. Your security deposit may disappear despite 2 sleepless nights.

The Apartment OWNERS are a complete JOKE. Living here I have enjoyed how respectful the neighbors are and how accommodating the managers have been, but one thing that I have had enough of is how money hungry the OWNERS have been. One example of how cheap the Owners are is

that the water valves in our kitchen broke and we were without hot water in the kitchen for a couple weeks. The managers did all they could to request that a different more reliable plumber show up and fix our problem but the OWNERS we set on saving money and wanted to use a specific plumber so that they could save a few bucks. Recently they've updated their parking policy for those that have paid for parking, the parking situation is bad enough and will get worse when winter ensues. What I would like to see happen is to have them reconstruct their parking lot to create a tolerance for all the tenants to have a parking spot available. If they tear down apartments 13&14 that would help create more spots and help a lot. I will not be staying here any time soon and I hope that you will choose wisely the next time you choose an apartment near USU campus.

Nice apartments for the cost... But, the owner really needs to work on his attitude. He is an extremely negative person. We asked for the windows to be recaulked for weeks because cold air was getting in. He wouldn't. So I did it. Then he comes over and chews my

girlfriend out because of a "lack of communication" which was totally on his part. Very unprofessional.

Brooklane apartments are a great place to live! Management always takes care of things right away. Both the 2-14 apartments and the Annex apartments are really updated! I love it here!
