Pine View Apartments

lived here for a year and it was honestly really nice and pretty ideal for school. the walk to campus is only about 10 minutes, the management is super kind and the apartments themselves are pretty nice. i got back almost my full deposit after move-out. there’s a really strong community, lots of open doors, people socializing in the lobby and halls… probably the biggest struggle is that parking can be rough, but just be willing to double-park if possible. and again, management is so kind, they would go out of their way to show extra kindnesses and were quick to help solve any issues. if you’re willing to share with five roommates, this is the place to go without a doubt!

There are so many reasons to love Pine View Apartments! The owners, staff, and on-site managers create a wonderful housing experience as they are kind, friendly, clean, and responsive. The complex is close to everything I need as a student. The building also has such a friendly, social atmosphere. I went into my first semester here at Pine View without knowing my roommates and came away from that semester with some of my best friends. Highly recommend you apply:)

This is by far my favorite apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I lived in Pine View for 3 years and can say with all honesty that it was 3 of my favorite years of life. The complex itself is in good condition and I believe it will only improve as it is currently undergoing renovations. The atmosphere is very social, and people seem to make friends really easily there. I attribute some of my closest lifelong friends to my time at Pine View. It is also a very safe place to live and so convenient since it is right across from the football and basketball stadium. The management is excellent, especially the owners. I had the chance to interact with the owners on several occasions and have been extremely impressed by their kindness, their aptitude to listen, and their promptness to respond to concerns and issues. I believe it is important to them to treat people fairly, and I appreciate their genuine emphasis on helping tenants have a positive experience. Five stars for the owners for sure. Something I really appreciate about this complex is that it has residential managers, which is probably why maintenance issues are always addressed within 48 hours (often the same day). This is something very important to me, so this carries a lot of weight in my rating. This complex is also far cleaner than any other I have lived in or visited. The managers clean the complex on a daily basis (such as vacuuming, scrubbing stairs, washing the windows, cleaning laundry room, etc.), and the effort is reflected not only in the cleanliness of the facility, but also in the condition of the complex. Pine View is second-to-none and I think anyone would be crazy to live somewhere else. This place is amazing.

I lived here for two years and loved it! Pineview is really social and lots of people will just leave their doors open. The building managers are great and super friendly. Our apartment rarely had issues but when it did the managers were quick to help. The only down side is parking can be a little tough (most other apartments in the area are the same though). If you get back late you will need to double park and move your car by 7am. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend living here!

Pineview is my home away from home. Lived here for almost two years now and I love it! Felt instantly at home when I was nervous my freshmen year and I have never felt homesick. The building itself is very much like a home environment not just cement and cinder blocks. The people you are surrounded by make the place even better. The managers are awesome always willing to help in anyway! They even put up Christmas Trees this year which made the place even more magical. The social life here is great. I would highly recommend Pineview to all my friends and family!
