I lived in these town houses for over three years and I felt very safe living there. These houses feel like you are living in an actual house! Our apartment had a fabulous yard, great appliances, lots of closet space, and 2 bathrooms, yeah! Plus a nice pool to cool off on those hot summer days! I loved being able to walk to trader joes and the movies in 15 minutes. The best part about living in these town houses was the management team, Sharon and Augie!!! You couldn't ask for nicer people. When the air conditioner went out, they immediately called someone to fix it and it was working again within one hour. These managers truely care about their tennants. They are on top of taking care of your needs, and they are both the most kind hearted, sweetest people ever!!!!! I loved living here!!!

My husband and I have be on site managers at Rio Townhouses for almost 9 years. We have always tried to be fare and treat all people with respect. And to make sure all my residents enjoy there stay with us has we enjoy serving them.
