Recently moved into Avalon apartment! Let me tell you , Mrs. Victoria is a BLESSING ! She made sure I got everything I needed , she called me and kept me inform without me having to keep calling her. My apartment is very spacious , in an amazing area ! School right across the street for my kids. I love this for my lil family. Thank you Ms. Victoria 😘

Recently I moved here in avalon. From the day one, Victoria is so so helpful & responsive! Her behaviour is super nice and gentle! She's the best! The apartment is very clean and close to UTA!

The staff was so kind and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. If they care that much before we are residents, I can't wait to see how they are after we move in and we can't wait!

Victoria helped me and my 3 yr old get an apartment stress-free. It's been a while since I met a leasing agent with her dedication and respectfulness and advocacy. She got me in and I truly feel blessed by her kindness and her helpfulness she is a very sweet person, I think she is awesome. She doesn't come off as someone who hates their job, seems as though she loves her job and helping people. She answered all my questions timely and always made herself available. So I was able to trust the process with ease and thank goodness I move in Friday . I can't wait for our new start. Thank you so much Victoria you are the best.
