When the groundskeepers use their leaf blowers, all the mess falls into my patio and makes it utterly filthy. I have asked management multiple times to ask the groundskeepers to be more mindful and clean the mess they have made. This last time I went to management, they said there was nothing they could do because the mess in my patio was unintentional, so they had no responsibility to help me clean the mess they had made. They even asked me ‘if the wind blew leaves into my yard, if I would ask the wind to help me clean up’, which is an insane thing to say! This is only one of the many examples I have with my interactions with the terrible management.

I have applied here and submitted a application fee. I was denied and that is okay. Then, I was told that I submitted too much and I was suppose to have a refund for the amount that was too much. ( have documentation proof ). I have contacted them multiple times and was lied to. I even went up there and no one was in the office. Consistently kept saying I was supposed to have gotten my money in the mail, but never received. The property manager kept avoiding me when I called. I applied for them in December and still has not gave me part of my money back. Do not apply for these apartments, and I accidentally gave too much. They will never give you refunds and will lie to you. When companies send out a check, they can tell when it has been cashed. They owe me $149. Uploaded documents attached.

Got scammed for our application fees. They have apartments listed as available to apply for on the website but they do not offer refunds - even in the case that the apartments listed are not actually available for rent. Used the situation to try to move us into a more expensive apartment than what is listed and then kept the application fee for the unit we applied to. Prices are low but they are making up for it, we should’ve read the other reviews before applying. Jaden was very kind and apologized for the mistake, until we asked for her help resolving the situation. She said that she would try to do many things for us to make up for their mistake until 3 days later she finally told us nothing would be done, and that they would be keeping our money. It’s bad business to tell your applicants that it’s their fault that they applied, but that’s what we have here. (The A1 that we got scammed on is still listed today even though it is not available. They told us that it was available, allowed us to tour it, and then kept our money. Be careful.)
Edit to add: I am not surprised to see a response trying to clean up the PR of this situation while not righting the situation in any way, but I would like to use this opportunity to use your reply to show others that this is the kind of response that you will get after you have been stolen from. A representative will lie about the situation surrounding your application and then confirm that they do, in fact, have the right to steal from you. Unfortunately, others will likely only see this when it happens to them.

Was told an apartment was available at the time of touring, was later informed they messed up and the apartment actually was not already available that morning on a Thursday. Applied for the apartment on Friday, and was informed on Saturday of the error that the leasing office made. Was told they would figure something out for us and we would be called.
I had to call personally, 2 hours before they closed to be informed there was nothing they can do, and they refuse to refund the application fee.
