Whatever you do, DO NOT live at park place. If you have to, DO NOT live in unit 1222. I just moved out of this roach infested unit. I had them come spray 3 different times and their bate never worked. I had roaches everywhere from my bed to my dishwasher to my bathroom, you name it there was a roach. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate this problem. They let the trash build up and accumulate into the hallways which is across from unit 1222 and right below unit 1222 is where the trash shoot leads to. Basically unit 1222 is SURROUNDED by trash avoid this place at ALL COSTS!

Disappointing Experience - Avoid If You're a Student My daughter has been living at Park Place at Arlington since September 2025, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The management is nearly impossible to reach by phone, with calls going unanswered regularly. When we do get through, the staff is often rude and dismissive. Response times to requests are excessively slow, and we've received inconsistent and conflicting information from different staff members about the same issues. The maintenance problems are serious and ongoing. There is a roach infestation in the units that has not been properly addressed despite multiple complaints. Maintenance requests take far too long to resolve, and it's clear the units are not being properly inspected or maintained. For the rent being charged, this is completely unacceptable. The roommate situation has been a nightmare. Management does not properly mediate disputes between roommates, which has created a hostile living environment. My daughter's roommate has been taking photos of minor issues and reporting them to management instead of communicating directly, and management encourages this behavior rather than fostering healthy communication between residents. This creates an environment where students can't focus on their studies because they're constantly worried about being reported for minor things. We've also had major issues with housing accommodation requests. The process has been unreasonably slow, with conflicting requirements and poor communication about documentation and deadlines. We were charged fees before any agreements were signed and were forced to pay bundled charges without the option to pay items separately. When we questioned these practices, we were met with resistance and dismissive attitudes. This complex advertises heavily to students, but it is absolutely not student-friendly. Between the pest control issues, unresponsive and rude management, inability to handle roommate conflicts professionally, and the general lack of support for residents, it's not an environment conducive to academic success. My daughter has experienced significant stress from living here, which has affected her ability to focus on school. We strongly regret choosing Park Place at Arlington and would not recommend it to anyone, especially students who need a stable, well-maintained, and professionally managed living environment. Look elsewhere - there are better options in the Arlington area.

Park Place is the cleanest, nicest, and most well managed apartments in this whole area. It's also a 5 minute walk to UTA so it's great If you are looking for a commute that doesn't require on campus parking. As a college student I've stayed at so many places between 101center, fielder crossing, liv+, and 848. And majority of these places are very dirty especially in the hallways and in the units. Park Place however has great clean units, hallways, and the gym and rooftop pool area are incredible, and always clean as well. I go to the gym almost everyday and it has everything you need at a gym. Also, compared to these other apartments the management here is amazing. Not only do they always do free giveaways like gift cards, food, and fun events. They are extremely understanding people. They've worked with me countless times on rent, and work orders. Any problems I've had they have helped me out with, and maintenance is very quick and nice too. I guarantee you, you will not find staff as willing to help at other apartments. Im pretty sure they have a new team from the reviews years ago. But as far as I know since I've moved here at the end of 2023 the management and maintenance have been the best of any place I've ever lived at. Overall, if you are unsure of where to stay, at least give it a tour. I have no complaints about staying here for the last 2 years! I promise you this place is leagues above the other apartments nearby.

I do not recommend this place at all. I lived here from August 2024 to August 2025. All the advertisement is not true, none of the amenities work. They charge you for anything that you do (like forgetting a key, or paying rent one day late) but they are not responsible for not offering even a 1% of the service they promise. You just have to live with it. Om top of that they sent me a move out balance and want to charge me for a cut in a broken mattress that was already there and a door damage that was also there. Nobody ever checked the room when I moved in, and they are threatening me now with sending this balance to a collections agency and to hurt both my and my guarantors’ score credit if I don’t pay in the next few days. Needless to say I have called many times and sent emails and nobody has answered. And I won’t even get started with all the things I had to deal with during the year I was living there. SHAME!!

Good student community in Arlington, felt safe. Close to University of Arlington at walking distance and is opposite to Police station so is safe. But parking is a major challenge is here. Only one person is allowed. Apartment ambience is good, all things are furnished by the apartment itself and everything is secured by the entrance. Have a visit and decide for yourself if suits you
