and done exactly as they say. For example, they promised me if I apply for the apartment before a certain date, they could give me the disucssed discount pricing even if the rates change; I got that in writing, however, when I applied, ofcourse the rates had gone up, but since they had promised me a discounted price, I went ahead and applied. Here is when the property manager comes to resuce, and says, the discount is no longer valid. This is what a brilliant property manager would do, not depriving the company of a single penny. How can I forget the time, when my AC wasn't working for a month, and I was told at my face, it's not management's problem, you get a fan and sort it yourself. But the one star is entirely to the maintenance team, they have been really helpful. The provided me with a portable AC which provided me some relief.
see moreis impressively quick and efficient, addressing any issues promptly without hassle. One of my favorite features is the gym. It's well-equipped, clean, and conveniently located downstairs. making it easy to stay active and fit without having to leave the community. Overall, this apartment complex has set the bar high, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live. Makes me scared to move! -- Only downside is parking is hard to find for visitors on the street! But then again, you are in Downtown SLC so that is hard no matter what!
see moreplace is so reassuring. The mailroom is awesome and the set up there for deliveries is the best! Overall I’d give it a 10 out of 5! The staff is wonderful, the property is gorgeous and I’m so glad we didn’t give up on SLC, thanks again to Domain Properties. This truly feels like home and we love it. Also the maintenance team is spot on! Shoutout to Jim too!
see moreI had to pay nearly $400 out of pocket to get it back. The EV charging situation is a nightmare. Non-EV cars frequently occupy charging spots with no penalty, while EV owners are hit with excessive fees (over $600 in my case). When I reached out for help, management told me to contact the EV company—who then told me it was a property management issue. No one took responsibility. Package delivery is unreliable, and I’ve lost multiple packages due to a lack of secure handling. Overall, the property is poorly managed, lacks accountability, and does not treat all residents fairly. I had high hopes for this place, but between getting towed, excessive fees, and zero support from management, I cannot recommend living here. If you’re considering moving in—save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
see morefail. When I tried to appeal the fine, the leasing office refused to take any responsibility. They kept insisting that they had sent notifications, yet I never received any emails or messages, despite having received their previous communications without any issue. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they blamed me and showed zero willingness to help. As a result, I had to pay $300 to get my car back, on top of the $100 I already pay monthly for parking. This was completely unfair. Even worse, when I requested a copy of my parking lease agreement (which should be my right as a resident), they initially refused to provide it and only gave it to me after persistent requests. This kind of lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering moving here, be aware that the leasing office is highly unprofessional, refuses to take accountability, and treats residents with complete disrespect. Their aggressive tone and unwillingness to assist make it clear that they do not care about the well-being of their tenants. I strongly advise against living here unless you're prepared to deal with poor management, rude staff, and unfair treatment.
