Anna is a great agent. She takes time to check up on me and see if I am doing good. She responds very quickly to any questions and is on top of everything! I couldn’t be happier living here knowing Anna is here to take care of any problems I have.

Have lived here since the building was completed and am satisfied with just about everything so far. Not many apartments come furnished as well as having in-unit climate control & washer/dryer, so I'm very thankful to have found this place after a not so great experience in the dorms.

I want to give kudos to the Community Manager Aquatic@ U, Jaienda Kumar. He has been the best manager I’ve experienced since moving into this building. He's always in the office, diligently checks around the premises, and ensures everything is in excellent condition. Whenever he's here, the entire building looks and feels exceptional. I truly appreciate his dedication and hard work.

Durning my lease term I had a faulty washer and ac unit but Jaienda the building manager was super helpful and diligent as he almost immediately got someone in to fix it. I deeply appreciate his hard work in keeping this building running smoothly. He is the best !!

Out of all the studios that I have toured in Berkeley, Aquatic at U is absolutely a hidden island of gold. Not only is the location incredibly convenient being next to the University, grocery outlets, a diverse amount of restaurants, and a corner away from the Bart, but it also is placed in a quiet and secure corner. The interior is incredible, with a beautiful modern aspect and includes every amenity you need. The security is ahead of most dorms and the staff is amazing, shout out to Kaitlin and Enrique for being incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for the best and convenient experience.
