The best place I have ever lived. I wish I could live here forever. The service is amazing, from emergency maintenance requests to brunt-out lightbulbs, they always get back to us ASAP. Amazing location, great management, too. The parking situation is awesome and one of the best prices for an apartment in the greater Eugene area. The apartments are HUGE also for so cheap. The apartments are not cement, they are hardwood and carpet and feel so homey. LOVE IT HERE!

Great location, though. Love the security, indoor package lockers, and a good quad. The rear parking lot is hell but it's "communal" between the various buildings so there's not a lot that can be done as none of the various landlords will take responsibility for it. Per-unit washers is cool, too.

I love living at The Andy! There have been minimal problems and it’s a great location, it’s only a half a mile away from the EMU and very safe!

I lived in The Andy for over a year. As a resident, management was always responsive, helpful and professional to any and all inquiries I had for them. As a student, there were a lot of positives to this property. Large living spaces, great size rooms and walking distance to the University were all things that I really liked about this complex versus nearby competitors.

Apartments are clean and are in a good location. It's about a ten minute to the nearest grocery store and is close to the U of O campus.
