Living in this apartment was a huge mistake. When I moved out, they took a large part of my security deposit, claiming damages but never providing any proof, even after multiple requests. It felt like they just wanted to keep my money. Communication with management was a disaster—they rarely answered calls, and when they did, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Jack, who manages the place, was particularly unprofessional and rude, making every interaction feel like a struggle. I regret choosing this place and would warn others, especially students, to stay far away. It’s simply not worth the stress or the unfair charges.

As a mother of an international student, I am deeply disappointed with the way my son was treated during his stay at this apartment. Moving far from home is already a difficult adjustment, but the experience he had here was truly terrible. When he moved out, they unfairly kept almost all of his security deposit without providing any valid reason. Throughout his stay, they rarely answered his calls or provided the support he needed. The manager, Jack, was especially unprofessional and made things even more stressful for him. It’s heartbreaking to see my son go through such an experience, especially when we expected a safe and supportive environment. I strongly urge other parents to consider different options for their children’s housing.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the management and the way tenants are treated. Upon move-in, the apartment was handed over in an unacceptable, unclean condition. Throughout the majority of our lease, we were charged exorbitant utility fees, and communication from management was significantly delayed. To make matters worse, false claims were made by the manager, Jack Dakan, leading to unjust charges being deducted from our security deposit. The level of negligence, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism exhibited is completely unacceptable.

The management is super unresponsive and cannot care less about their tenants. Have a good time getting your security deposit back as you are not going to get any. Apartment 101's lease for 2023-24 was a complete sham. They got no concrete bills and have charged significantly higher than what the bills indicate. They also have excellent skills in not replying back and making false claims. Please avoid CBG's properties under all circumstances

Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they rarely answered calls or provided any assistance. Jack, who manages the place, was extremely unprofessional and unkind, making an already difficult situation even more stressful. I trusted this apartment to provide a safe and supportive environment for my child, but they failed in every way. I strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere for their children’s housing needs.
