I just moved in to The Crosby a little over a week ago and so far I absolutely love it. I moved from out of state which can be a hassle but, Esther and Ben were amazing and made that process so easy. The property is very clean and absolutely beautiful. The inside of my apartment is equally as beautiful as the rest of the building and has stainless steel LG appliances, tiled bathroom, wood floors and beautiful counter tops, and the view from my balcony is absolutely stunning. The security guard is amazing and so friendly, he had brought me out a moving dolly while I was unpacking my U-haul which was extremely helpful while moving in, helped find one of my packages that was delivered to the wrong door and will always wave or say hi when you are leaving the building. Their amenities are also so cool! The pool is beautiful and located on the roof, which overlooks the city, the gym is HUGE, and they also have a fun karaoke room/game lounge, and an entertainment room with a huge movie theater screen and comfy chairs. The only downfall is that right now I do have to park in an off-site parking structure because the on-site one is full but it is right across the street and the people working that structure are very kind and friendly, so it hasn’t been an issue at all other than being a little inconvenient. I am so happy I chose The Crosby and look forward to living here for a long time!

Chris, Susie, and Sarah do a great job at making the building feel like home. Clean inside the building at all times, great location if you enjoy walking to places, and reasonable price for what you get. Only thing, if you use Verizon, for whatever reason, you don’t get great service.

Apartment hunting during a pandemic virtually can be nerve wrecking BUT with Hanna, she made my entire process smooth and stress-free! I'm so grateful for her friendliness and expertise. I found the perfect studio here at Crosby VIRTUALLY! She sent detailed info about the complex, answered all my annoying questions, and even sent a floor plan with dimensions! Can't wait to move into my beautiful apartment. Great price, big studio, great amenities, and helpful staff. Thanks again!!

Living here is seamless, the amenities are great and more importantly always functional, front desk / security is helpful and friendly special shout out to Chris, and also leasing manager Ben. Once had a minor plumbing issue and it was taken care of quickly. Only complaint is some of the hours for common spaces like the offices or pool could be extended / earlier

I lived here for 2 years and had no problems. Susie in management is the best she truly cares. Security is amazing they care about safety. I would recommend.
