I’ve been living at G12 for almost 8 months now, and overall it has been a very comfortable experience. The apartment and parking garage feel very safe. The environment is great, and I really enjoy the gym and other amenities. Whenever I have a request, I can go directly to the front desk and they always respond promptly and patiently, whether it’s changing my parking spot or picking up packages. I’m very satisfied with my stay here.

She answered all of my questions with patience and gave me a clear picture of what it would be like to live here. The property itself was well-maintained, and the units were clean, modern, and spacious. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and how smooth the whole process felt. I've been at G12 for five years and counting and it's been an incredible experience since the day I moved in. Jaime was such an amazing building manager and I'm so grateful to have moved in when she was at this building, Tonya and Kim are the absolute sweetest and most helpful and have always been there to swiftly address my needs and concerns, Mario and his team go above and beyond every day to make sure the amenities and common spaces are pristine and the community is warm, colorful and has been like family to me. Honestly, G12 has been nothing short of home and I'm glad it's been mine as long as it has. If you're reading this and interested in this building, stop hesitating, you'll love it!

What a wonderful complex, I was pleasantly surprised on my tour as I’m exploring the area for my next place of residence where cleanliness and amenities are important to me. The leasing specialist Kim was extremely helpful and accommodating despite her efforts to solve various tasks during my visit that kept popping up. They seemed to be overwhelmingly busy but I didn’t pry. She kept a calm demeanor as well as the other staff member juggling multiple responsibilities. I particularly enjoyed the studio apartment on the 7th floor and the view of downtown and the pool area below looks relaxing. The gym is absolutely beautiful! I’m touring a couple more apartments in the area but this one will be tough to live up to with the customer service I received. Thank you!

I’ve lived in this building for a while now, and what’s really made it feel like home is the sense of community here. It’s rare to find a place in LA where neighbors actually look out for each other, but that’s genuinely been my experience. One of the people who’s made a big difference on staff is Kim—she’s warm, reliable, and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. It’s little things like that that make you appreciate where you live. Also—Mario! He's amazing and always so, so, so gracious and kind. Extremely helpful to everyone and an exemplary example of what great building staff should be. He’s the kind of person who shows up with a smile and genuinely cares about the residents—always going the extra mile without ever needing to be asked. Having people like Kim and Mario around makes this building feel less like just a place to live and more like a place you can actually belong. The building is consistently well-maintained, with the cleaning staff always keeping things in great shape. Management is responsive and attentive, and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable living here.
