I loved the unit itself, but the neighbors were quite difficult to deal with. The only thing else to be aware of is, I made an effort to clean the place and leave it as I got it. Still did not get back my deposit. Kinda a bummer 😐

I have lived here the last year and I have to say this is a great place to live! Super quiet and in a great neighborhood. The management is awesome and always willing to work with you on your needs!

UPDATE:::no the manager is still rude and why haven’t the owners figured out a way for their resident to have electricity while the city does work ? Tonight we are the only people on the block with out any electricity going on 4 hrs during night time. For how much

they charge this should never be our experience here. It’s like living in the ghetto. The new property manager Daya, demonstrates inadequate customer service skills and exhibits an unnecessarily authoritative demeanor. Solely based on my interactions with her I’ve decided not to renew my lease again. Among other things the electricity is always going out at least 2-3 times a month that lasts hours at a time, this is a city issue and maintenance can’t help fix it. If you plan on working from home this is not the place. There’s also a plumbing issue I’m having to call maintenance every 3-4 months to have them come unclog the issue with the washer that makes that happen. I do NOT not recommend at all.

All month long, an increasingly unpleasant odor has been emanating from the washers—a recurring issue since I first moved in. Under the previous property manager, problems like this were swiftly addressed. Unfortunately, since Daya assumed the role, communication and responsiveness have drastically declined. We’ve reached out multiple times to understand

why maintenance hasn’t addressed this, and each time we’re told it’s a matter of prioritization. While we appreciate the demands of managing multiple concerns, this has now surpassed the 10-day legal timeframe for resolution, and we feel overlooked and disregarded. The lack of action on what should be a simple fix is disappointing, leaving us to wonder when—if at all—our living conditions will improve.
