I have had the worst experience. I have been here for 2 years and dealt with, theft of a vistors motorcycle, domestic violence constantly from my upstairs neighbors, kids keying my visitors vehicles, throwing balls through my living room window, constant AC issues, constant leaks, falsely resolved work orders, its beyond difficult to get in contact with the office lady sometimes. I have been bit by a dog at 8 months pregnant, had my deliveries stolen. Drug addicts walking around the complex, and I have felt unsafe with having small children here. The cops always in and out, loud arguments. Kids running around playing ball at 11 at night. The property management company does not like to respond to emails and retaliates in bad customer service, a decent customer service does not exist here. I am sure I will be charged for all types of false fees once move out since writing this review and attempting to break my lease a few months early without response of help. Would not recommend.

Definitely the best placed I’ve live in. New management, Arcelia, is friendly and when there’s a need on the property, they are on it. As far as the apartment goes, it’s really nice having all this room compared to most floor plans in the valley, and the stainless steel appliances just give it that nice touch of quality. Only con I’d say, which pretty much all housing in the valley has is, Rent… doesn’t matter where you go it’s all expensive, but for this area (even though the complex is gated) it should show on the price compared to nicer areas.

Do not rent here North Star is the worst company ever. You move out of an apartment that has no damage what so ever some how they send you a bill saying you owe for damages which is crazy. But I will have my day in court because I took pictures before i moved out of my apartment and thank god I did because of this. I have never had to write a bad review before but since they are trying to get over it’s a problem and I will see them in court.

I'm increasingly frustrated with Northstar Management's lack of urgency and apparent disregard for both my money and time. The process of receiving my refund has been quite a hassle. At the very least, I expected better communication from customer service. Unfortunately, I've only received sporadic and brief text messages, or worse, I've been completely ignored. Upon visiting Station 19 myself, as no one answered the phone or door when I arrived on 7/27, I decided not to rent there. The property didn't meet my standards in terms of cleanliness and appearance. I promptly requested a refund the next day since I had already made payments for my selected unit, intending to sign a lease. The refund was promised to be sent by check on 08/07, but I have yet to receive it. With my move from IL scheduled for tomorrow, reaching someone who can assist me has proven impossible. Urgently needing my funds, I'm seeking immediate communication.

I came to Phoenix wanting a fresh start, at the time the landlord was Irene, she was so incredible. Made me feel like I chose the right apartments. I dont know what happened but she moved on to another place I assume and we got another landlady. she was okay , but not very friendly. We finally got an incredible woman named Bren, (I hope I'm spelling that right) she was SO FRIENDLY and sweet with my small dog. She also always greeted my kiddos with smiles. Overall the apartments are nice! I dont have bugs, and I have nice stainless steel appliances. I love that its gated, and the neighbors are friendly as well. I signed my lease for another year, and am happy to be here.
