Raintree is a great place to stay. It is super social and walking distance from BYU.

This place is such a fun place to live. You’re surrounded by so many student, amazing community, easy access to bus systems, and super close to all of the things including a grocery store. The place is nice and updated with all the amenities you need. There is a gym, pool, hot tub, and laundry which is so convenient! My friends love coming to Raintree to hangout because of all the great things and people!

The apartments are well taken care of! They are so on top of fixing things quickly! Most places in the area do cleaning checks monthly but Raintree does it about every 3 months which is so nice! Hot tub is perfect for cold weather!

Raintree is great! The location is super close to campus and within walking distance of a grocery store, place to get a haircut and plenty good places to eat. Staff here is super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The amenities here are super nice, especially the pool and hot tub! I love using the gym and there are good trails to go running on right by the apartment. The atmosphere here is very social and they do lots of activities here. And the ward is also great! Overall a really good place to live.

Fantastic parking—there’s always a spot available! The bus stop right outside the complex makes getting around incredibly convenient. I’ve really enjoyed having access to the gym as well. Overall, this is an exceptionally comfortable and convenient place to live!

Such a great place to live! Although I would’ve loved to be around more freshmen on campus, this was definitely the next best thing. It’s so nice to have my own kitchen space and living area, as well as a hot tub, pool, gym, and laundry facilities nearby! I’m always ready to meet people here and it’s the perfect place to do so, with all the parties and events and the hot tub:)

I LOVE RainTree! The atmosphere is awesome, I feel that it is in a super convenient place in Provo/Orem and people are amazing. Amenities are top tier and I have loved my time here.

Raintree apartments is a fantastic place mainly because of Ryan who is the absolute goat. He is such a kind sole who only is looking out for the needs of other people.

Raintree has been a great apartment for years, and it’s the most convenient for BYU and UVU students! My favorite things about it are the modern clubhouse, pool, and the frequent social events. The nature is great in the little courtyard too

Great place to leave, lots of parking. The pool and hot tub are great and there are lots of events for residents. The maintenance team is pretty responsive. Overall a great place to live!

So good, I thought it was a great apartment for the price. Management holds social activities twice a month, people are great, and amenities are new. Fixed rate utilities, fast maintenance, plenty of space. A shuttle to BYU runs twice an hour from outside the entrance. My biggest issue is that they were building a car wash next door, and kept shutting off the water so they could fix the sewers, and management did not deal with that like they should have.

This apartment is so good! It's super social, the wards are great, there's tons of fun activities like Thanksgiving and Christmas parties, free movie nights, and a polar plunge. The amenities are also stellar, with a hot-tub and pool, gym, and sand volleyball. I've loved living here! Also, management is so accommodating and helpful and any issues with our apartment have been solved within hours.
