Beware before renting from this place This is the worst complex I have ever lived at. my ac was out since August 6th I called to report my ac not working and Janet in the office is rude and raises her voice at you and is heartless it’s not my fault my ac was out Janet advised me I should provide my own cooling and get reimbursed at a later date so my boss lent me 3 portable acs since it’s a health and safety violation and I felt so sick like I wanted to vomit and need to call the ambulance Instead I stood in the shower for 30 minutes on August 6th when I was home sick from work if my boss didn’t lend me the ac units on august 7th Me and my 17 yr old son would be dead since the temperature reached 112-114 outside and inside was like a oven ..,I sent certified mail on the 7th and midtown on Seneca received my certified mail on the august 13th no one went out from the ac company until August 19th the ac technicians said there was a problem with the ac and a line to my unit and would do a few other things and get it going they were due to return Friday august 22nd and told my Son to run the portable acs until they returned and august 22nd came around and no one showed up …last week Michelle called she is rude as ever saying she was the property manager in charge and that they naver received my certificated mail notice even though I have receipt from the post office Michelle says and that don’t mean anything it’s just means you can sue me I couldn’t believe what I was hearing I advised they needed to help me with utility reimbursement since the portable acs my boss lent me uses alot of power and Michelle said it wouldn’t be until November if they did decide to credit me 😡it’s shouldn’t be the tenants responsibility to provide ac for my self when the complex failed to provide heating and cooling As it says on my lease and it’s was a health and safety they ignored all along…8-30-29 responding back to you responding to the bad review the communication is the worst here they leave you having to contact the office to even get a update at all and I get hung up on by Janet because of my bad review and she acted like the phone disconnected and I could hear Janet slamming the phone down before she hung up on me so unprofessional and rude how could you keep the office staff who actually suck at there job and should not being working with customers and should be fired. I work in property management over 13 years and have a lot of compassion for my residents and the staff here at Midtown is horrible and heartless. I basically had to keep calling to even get anything done they have sent 3 different Acs company’s, my door bell camera records audio and that one of the technicians took the temperature after they had just disconnected my ac window units my boss lent me and the temperature inside my apartment was 89 to 92 in my unit so nothing was fixed and I’m still using the ac window units my boss lent me since August 6th 2025 since they can’t figure it out and they offer only a $100 utility reimbursement that’s is no where near the bill I will have to pay on my own and so unfair once’s the repair is complete some day and the ac portable units use double the electric and nothing is set in stone so Michelle may have lied just to get me off the phone. next I will contact corporate office and many others im done playing this back and forth and being treated horrible because my ac is out and I had to provide my own cooling because till this day midtown on Seneca said the didn’t have window ac units to lent me 😡 or provide me at any time renting from this company is my biggest mistake I could ever make…The office staff avoids legal notices and any other notices they think it’s a big job like there apartment complex is and the staff don’t do there job and are lazy …with a bunch of window unit because they can’t fix there cooling situation so don’t rent here believe me you will regret it…Michelle and Janet have there friends leave fake comments to make them look good and are a disgrace just there reginal and corporate office 🤣🤣🤣

Janet was amazing! Needed a place asap, we were approved almost immediately and I moved in the same day! The unit is cute and I look forward to living here!

My wife and me are glad with Midtown on Seneca apartments, they kept our rent price while we're moving to another unit. Honestly, they are always paying attention with the little details that needs to be fix with your unit or the environment around you. The maintenance guys, always explain you what they repaired in your apartment, just in case you don't known.

This post is with specific emphasis to prospective tenants that are parents of littles and U of A grad students in particular. Last year, I was accepted into a PhD program at the U of A, and wanted a family friendly friendly environment for our little that was also close to the University. Midtown on Seneca looked like it had green, open spaces and nice, backyard patio areas. We moved to this apartment complex site unseen from the Midwest. I will say if this were only about the maintenance men, Art and Wade, this review would be a 5/5. They were fabulous, and we loved them. To begin with, there were a lot of structural issues. all of the patios face each other, and with two-story apartments, you can see into everyone's patio, making it feel like you live in a fish bowl. There is no privacy. Also the location in midtown isn't the best. We lived right by the dumpster and saw folks going through the dumpster and leaving heaps of garbage on the sidewalk the next morning. Though the complex has a play ground and sidewalks, there are trash and dog poop strewn everywhere throughout the complex. I also once had to call the cops as we saw children walking around the complex barefoot in 40 degree weather at night asking us for our trash. It was odd instances like this often enough that made us feel uncomfortable as parents about our living situation. If our little wanted to go outside to play, we drove him to a park. The pool was often closed due to vandalism, and I never really liked taking our son outside of our apartment. For reference, most people have all of their blinds and doors closed- which is evidence to how unsafe they too feel. We discovered once we moved this isn't the case for all of Tucson. There are also flood lights at night which beam into the apartment- which even with black curtains lead to poor sleep. Finally when it was our time to check out and move, they tried to charge us 300 dollars for the cheap blinds that fell apart and were missing when we moved in. The ladies at the desk were not friendly and my partner and I felt as though they were after our money. It's just a poor location, poorly managed, but maintained well. My recommendation is to move further out from the university with littles. It's just not worth the short drive for the feeling of safety.

Awesome place to live! Maintenence staff is experienced and professional. Its nice and tucked away in a residential area. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have dogs, maybe a gym for the dogs at the dog park.
