Stay away from this place. They are great during the leasing process and move in, but once they got you, they fee you every chance they get. Management is very unprofessional they could not care less about their tenants. Horrible experience and would recommend seeking other housing options for your student.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! Full review being written currently, but want to save people a great deal of money by warning to NOT sign a lease with this apartment. Any other of the student housing would be better. Again, look for full explanation I am typing out currently on how they have stolen money from my roommates and I continued to harass us even after we left! DO NOT SIGN HERE! SIGN ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Stay away. Horrible management. Today they sent out email charging last year's residents $190 to patch Each nail hole. And charge both roomates for the same repair - thats $400 per nailhole. Management never responds to emails. Bear Down and live at the Hub on First.

The Parker is probably the worst u of a apartment. I've been a resident for now coming 4 years and have seen this place go straight into a ditch. The management is terrible now and they love to be passive with residents even though my rent is over 2k a month. They leave packages sitting out and one of mine was taken and they refuse to take responsibility because per the lease agreement "they didn't have possession of it" even though they had signed for it at the front desk with the address of the building with time stamped proof. And when you do have a package they usually close up the front desk early so good luck getting it, or it’s just left out overnight. Also they advertise all these specials but don't give the current paying residents anything. All the 5 star reviews are for people who don’t even live here as the building begs for positive reviews because they know how expensive and terrible the building has gotten, there is absolutely no value whatsoever here. They love showing the amenities of the building but forget to add pictures of our 2 pool chairs for the whole roof, yes 2 chairs for the entire roof. They also charge $300 a month for parking and we have to share the garage with chase so it's always open so why pay if anyone has access? I would overall not recommend the Parker, there's a reason this is the first year the building isn't full since it's been open. Steer clear and take it from someone who has lived here since day 1.

Parents, do your research and start looking at housing options early freshman year for your kid to have a place to live sophomore year and beyond. It’s a nice building. Your kid will love the amenities and really want to talk you into it and paying the outrageous rent. They make you pay for the summer which is 4k in rent for June and July when your kid is not living because it’s a 12 month lease. It’s just a scam and unfortunate that they take advantage of the parents. My daughter is in a 5 bedroom and each kid is paying over 2k. 10k a month for an apartment in Tucson is wild.
Yes, I signed a 12 month lease but we didn’t start looking early and didn’t have many options.
