Better inside then out. Not a bad place

Needs love... not inviting nor a place for my kids

Visited a friend who lives there, her apartment was nice for a couple. Other tenants kinda rude and some "riff-raff" type people there as well. Not much parking. If I had the option, I would not choose to live there.
