As a parent, it’s incredibly nerve-racking sending your child off to college, and choosing the right apartment makes a huge difference. From the very beginning, this apartment complex and especially the manager, Roberto, made the entire process so much easier. He was super helpful, incredibly thorough, and took the time to explain everything step by step. He even showed us the apartment twice without hesitation. One of the standout features is their amazing roommate matching program. My daughter was able to meet several potential roommates and choose the ones that felt like the best fit, which gave both of us so much peace of mind. She’s genuinely happy here. On top of that, the prices are great, and they don’t nickel-and-dime you with endless fees like so many other places in the area and trust me, I toured at least 10 complexes before deciding. Roberto is truly a gem, and I can’t recommend this place enough.

He’s been responsive, clear, and patient with all of my questions, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I've loved living here. They're very accommodating at the front office. The neighborhood is very refreshing. They do a great job matching roommates, and encouraging cohesive behavior. Management wants to cultivate a family-like relationship between itself and its residents. Roberto is the best person to have looking out for you. Timothy is approachable and helpful. Carlos has always been generous and a great personality to have on the property. Aiden is extremely personable, agreeable, yet professional. The employee-residents Ive met are great, Allen and Quinn. Ownership is often around and engaged in the goings-on, so this is not at all the type of place where the ownership and management are two distant entities.

I have had an amazing experience here at Pomona West. The management is really nice and chill, they host events for holidays, send out goodies, and make this place feel homey. The apartments themselves are really nice and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the appliances are in good condition, and everything is clean. The parking is also really cheap, and there is no issue when finding spots. It may seem far compared to other places, but its really not that bad, its quiet, you don't have to worry about a bunch of drunk college students outside at 3:00am, and biking to Chico State take like 10-15 min, very manageable. I highly recommend Pomona West for anyone looking for housing.

Living at Pomona West has honestly been a great experience. The location is super convenient, close enough to campus to get there quickly, but still quiet enough to actually relax at home. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The management team has been awesome too. They’re easy to talk to, quick to help when something comes up, and you can tell they actually care about the people living here. I’ve also really appreciated the community as a whole. It feels safe, everything’s kept tidy, and the free parking is definitely a bonus. Overall, I’d recommend Pomona West to other students. My time here has been epic.
