Recently toured at The James looking for a new place and I’ve got to say it’s the nicest and most well kept complex I’ve ever seen. The staff was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns and treated me very kindly. While on the tour I also met one of the Maintenance Supervisors Charley and he was awesome and informative, it looks like the maintenance team over there does a great job and you can see it. I definitely plan on making this my new home and highly recommend this to others looking.

Jaime and his supervisor responded quickly and fixed the air conditioner in my apartment ASAP. They were professional, efficient, and got the job done right. I love living at James at Canyon Creek—it’s a great community, well-maintained, and the service is always reliable. Highly appreciate the prompt support.

I recently toured this apartment complex as a walk-in just to take a look, and the experience was great from start to finish. Robin was the agent who helped us, and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, she took the time to show us around the property, walked us through the application process, and answered all of our questions quickly. She also responded to emails promptly and would regularly check up on us, which I truly appreciated. I honestly loved the look of the units; they’re truly a step up from nearby apartment complexes. The amenities are very nice as well and really add to the overall appeal. Looking forward to hopefully moving in soon!

It has been a year since we moved to The James at Canyon Creek, and our living experience far exceeds our expectations. The management team has always been responsive to our needs, prioritizing our comfort and safety. The maintenance crew is especially courteous to us, and truly attentive. They really take the time to listen, and answer our questions. We appreciate how this property remains firm in upholding its commitment to fostering a community, where every resident feels they belong. The environment continues to be warm, welcoming, and well-maintained. My Seeing Eye dog, Sir Deputy 🦮 is loved by all members of the community, and that means the world to me. In fact, we plan to participate in the pet of the month drawing, which will bring excitement to him. He really enjoys his morning walks around the property, especially the dog park. After completing his walks, Sir Deputy leads me to the leasing office to say “hello”, and looks forward to receiving a treat. 🦴 Also, as a way of bringing a sweet touch to your week, here is a photo of Sir Deputy! Celebrated my loyal companion, who turned 7 last week! 🎂 Because of our positive experience, we renewed our lease, and are grateful to call this property our home.
