Westpark has been such a great place to live ! It really is a home. i moved here from out of town and was really hoping to find a place I can call home and stay at for a while and Westpark has been it. The mgrs and staff are all so friendly and sweet they will help you so much ! Thanks guys :)

I lived here for 4+ years as I was going to college. I had a great experience. Management is very nice - super helpful. I've never had a significant issues with my apartment. The maintenance team is quick to reply - I once called them at 3am and even then, they were quick to address the issue. Can't recommend this place enough!

Best apartment complex for students in Chico. My experience was better in every way compared to on campus housing. The staff are very helpful and hard-working. The complex is well maintained and I appreciate the events they throw at the end of the semester. Highly recommend.

I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. (2017-2020) Everyone in the office is awesome. The management is good. I love this place.

I have lived here for 2 years, going on three years because I just renewed my lease again. I am an international student from China, and the staff has always made me feel comfortable and at home. Anytime I have a problem they are always available and willing to help me. I recommend Westpark Plaza to anybody looking for an apartment.
