Glenwood is a great place to live! Super social and good amenities. Cleaning checks can be harsh, but just do a good job and you'll be fine.

The place is a bit run-down. If you live on the first floor, be prepared for your apartment to smell like mold. There are cracks in the foundation, so when it rains, water seeps in.

Great proximity to BYU campus. Great Social scene. Unfortunately they seem to have more spots than they do parking passes, so many residents don’t get a pass and have to find somewhere else to park. Management is arbitrarily very harsh with cleaning checks. There seem to be lots of extra fees that make the rent go up. Proximity is good but overall feels like the rent price doesn’t match the quality. The clubhouse, pool, and gym are all serviceable though.

This is a great complex! Friendly place to live, people are great, apartments are decent.

I didn’t have trouble getting a parking pass and I feel like there is adequate parking for the number of residents with cars. The pool is nice and the hot tub is open all year. The gym equipment is good quality. Some of the apartments are little beat up because past residents were sometimes irresponsible. I love the location! It’s close to BYU campus and the football stadium. Maintenance requests are free and they’re fast. The best part is the social experience. The ward is great and everyone is so friendly.

Glenwood is super social! The employees in the office are super nice and this is the best ward I’ve ever been in. Super close to campus too which makes it so convenient!

Lots of activities, close to campus, quick repairs, and great amenities. Parking can be difficult during peak Fall/Winter but not a problem at all during Spring/Summer.

Had a wonderful time at Glenwood! Loved the people, location, and apartment itself. The only problem others say they run into is parking, but I was able to get a parking pass, so that was not an issue. Plan on going back after my mission!
