Heritage is a great place to stay at. It’s right in the middle of campus and right across from the I-center which is nice for studying. Yes, it’s a bit old (which is why it lost a star) but talking to management is great. The people are amazing. Definitely a good experience

As others have said, the proximity to campus is the only positive to this place. The manager is a tool, and the owning company does not care about their residents. Safety concerns, everything is run down and broken, and when you seek for resolution you get shut down. Spend a little more, walk a little further, be safe and keep your peace of mind. Do not live here. I'm honestly disappointed that the college doesn't do a better job of overseeing who is "approved" housing.
Reading the five star reviews makes me wonder if they didn't offer some sort of signing discount or payment for a five star review, because they had to be living in an alternate universe to the apartment my son was in.

PARENTS BEWARE : you will be fighting for your child’s wellbeing and fair treatment the whole time they live here.
Some maintenance repairs are quick fix and glossed over despite them being health risks.
Renters insurance proof is a NIGHTMARE. Getting email response from manager isn’t going to happen.
They don’t even follow BYUI housing guidelines when it comes to furniture.
All in all you will wish your child was elsewhere and you had less reason to worry

To be honest I’ve lived here for 5 semesters and I wouldn’t choose heritage again. The parking is bad my pick up has been hit multiple times and nothing has been done because they don’t have any cameras that work. Also the apartments look nothing like they do online. They are out dated and cheaply built. The apartments are not worth the money. Your only benefit is the location and the management team, Kaden the main guy, is the only reason I can give this place a 2 star he is great to work with.

This place sucks. DO not live here. Everything is broken. Our dryer broke and it took them over a month to fix it. They also value the woman's side more. They gave them a brand new dryer and gave us the old one. Management isn't great at doing their job either. Save your money go somewhere better. It is way too expense for how crappy the complex is.
