More spacious than many places in provo with 2 bed, 2 bath and a decent sized living room and kitchen. Units are individually owned so you could have an individual or a management company for a manager. No amenities at the location except a tether ball. The underground garage has lots of unaddressed water leaks

The apartment is tiny for the price. There's practically no room in the closet. The living room is small, and so is the kitchen. Overall, it's a small apartment that I think should be much cheaper, but from what I understand, it depends on the landlord. The woman who rented it to me wasn't very nice and charged us $50 to clean the bathroom herself, even though we had already cleaned it. According to her, it wasn't clean. It was just an excuse to get money out of us, and she even went into the bedroom when we weren't there.
