I am completely disappointed. For 6 months my dryer has not worked and has been framed as a user error. I moved in to black mold. Management has a team of 2 and will not hire more to keep up with the work necessary to keep things clean and fixed. For it being one of the most expensive places with the worst living experiences I would recommend to no one.

Less than 1 star. Half the kitchen was full of expired food accumulated by years of tenants. In my room and bathroom it was obvious that nothing was ever cleaned. The carpet around the whole apt had a film of dust/lint all over. When I called to complain they just said "I know that must be difficult." I asked them directly to send someone to clean it and they said they would, but no one ever came.
The parking garage is less safe than street parking. Management gave my roommate's parking spot to someone else halfway through their lease. The slope to get in the parking garage is steep and management never refilled the ice-melt/salt buckets. When I called and asked, they said they'd send someone to "fix it" then the buckets disappeared all together. The bathroom of my apt was disformed from water damage too. There was a constant rattling in the walls.
One night our doorbell began going off constantly, so we turned off the breaker and submitted high priority requests. The breaker that controlled the doorbell also turned off the power in the bedrooms. It took more than a week before someone came to fix it.
Genuinely, this place is mismanaged and the management showed me no desire to help.

1 star is pretty dang accurate. Living conditions are fine, but not worth the price. But management is AWFUL. They will penny, nickel and dime you. Deceptive charges, impossible to get a hold of on the phone, and overall awful communication, transparency and commitment to their word. Be careful what you sign up for on the lease. Would not recommend.

I would strongly advise against renting from College Place Woodlands. My experience has been nothing short of disastrous due to their dishonest and deceptive practices. From the initial tour to move-in, the management made false promises and misrepresented the condition/layouts of the apartments. They charged unnecessary fees. When I brought these concerns to their attention, the staff was unresponsive, uncooperative, and sometimes downright rude. Do not trust woodlands. They prioritize profits over people and will take advantage of you at every turn. Look elsewhere for honest and reputable landlords. ZERO STARS.
