Management and maintenance are very nice. Things got fixed anytime i called about something. Been here about 3 or 4 years. Yes there's water shut off but not for long. To understand they are taking care of the pipeline maintenance for the water. So to me they are doing a great job here. This place has made my family and I enjoy our home here. We came from a place where management did not care. Pick this place for your new home you wont regret it. Thank you guys.

I have been living in this apartment for a while now, and while there are a few positives, there are several concerns that I believe should be addressed for the safety and comfort of the residents. Water Shutoffs: One of the most frustrating issues I've experienced is the frequent water shutoffs. The water is often turned off a lot , which causes a significant inconvenience, especially during busy hours when basic amenities become unavailable. Noise from Windows: The windows in the apartment are not soundproof, which makes it difficult to have peace and quiet. I can hear the sounds of passing cars throughout the day and night, which is especially bothersome when trying to sleep or concentrate. The noise pollution affects the overall living experience. Security Concerns: There is a significant lack of security here. The security personnel only make brief checks during the night, which is not sufficient to ensure the safety of the residents. There is no overnight security presence, and this has led to situations where homeless individuals have been seen inside the building. This raises concerns about personal safety and the overall security of the building. Broken Cameras: The building's security cameras are not functioning properly, which is an additional cause for concern. In the event of a break-in or theft (such as damage to your car or stolen belongings), the cameras will not be able to provide any useful footage. This makes residents feel vulnerable and unsupported in case of any incidents. Rising Costs: The rent price seems to increase every year without a corresponding improvement in services. Considering the ongoing issues with security, noise, and maintenance, this annual price hike feels unjustified and adds to the frustration of living here. Laundry Issues: The laundry facilities are another area of concern. Not only has the cost of using the machines gone up over time, but the machines are also quite small. If you need to wash larger items like blankets, you’ll have to go out to find a larger facility, which is inconvenient and adds extra cost. Overall, while the apartment is okay in terms of basic living conditions, these ongoing issues with water shutoffs, noise, security, and increasing costs are major drawbacks. If these concerns were addressed, it would greatly improve the living experience for current and future tenants

A Nightmarish Experience: Avoid This Complex at All Costs! If you’re considering moving into this complex, run the other way. The list of issues my roommate and I encountered here is staggering, and the management’s response has been downright appalling. Here’s a rundown of the nightmare we were forced to endure until we finally managed to find someone to take over our lease 6 months in: 1. Breach of Promise and Incompetent Management Before signing the lease, I was verbally promised by leasing agent Amy that I would be able to charge my Tesla in the garage. I was assured that there would be no issues, and Amy even mentioned another Tesla owner in the complex who was already charging their car there. Fast forward to moving in, and I come to discover that the garage’s outdated and inadequate electrical panels can’t support the charge. Worse still, when I brought this to the attention of management, I was met with indifference and refusal to take any sort of responsibility. Not only did they refuse to make any accommodations or offer a solution, they told me I would have to pay to install an EV charger for $400 out of my pocket, when all I needed was a working plug outlet. This was not only frustrating but downright dishonest and should've been grounds for early termination of the lease, which they flat-out refused to grant us. The manager Jonathan and leasing agent Melissa were the worst possible people to deal with, and their incompetence made me want to rip my hair out. 2. Flea Infestation and Unhygienic Living Conditions Upon moving in, it became painfully clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. My cats, who are indoor only and have never had fleas before, suddenly had fleas—a clear indication that the problem existed before we moved in. The carpets were filthy and crusty, further suggesting that they hadn’t been professionally cleaned. To top it off, there’s an ongoing cockroach infestation both inside and outside the unit. These disgusting pests are rampant, and it’s clear that management has completely neglected pest control. It’s infuriating to pay rent for a place that is crawling with massive cockroaches and fleas. 3. Unreliable Water Supply and Unsafe Conditions The water situation here is a complete joke. Since moving in, there have been constant water shutoffs and issues with having no hot water. At times, we’ve had to leave the apartment just to shower elsewhere because the home we were paying for was essentially uninhabitable with no hot water for over 24 hours straight. Multiple times a week, we’re subjected to water disruptions, which is a clear indication that the building is not up to code. Residents should never have to deal with this level of inconvenience, and yet, we’ve been left to fend for ourselves, scrambling to find basic amenities like water. 4. Package Stolen by Neighbor, Harassment, and Zero Action from Management The situation took an even more disturbing turn when my package was stolen by my neighbor. The theft was clearly caught on a Ring camera, leaving no room for doubt about what happened. When I reported the theft to management, they did absolutely nothing. No investigation, no effort to address the issue whatsoever—just complete disregard for the situation. I ended up confronting the thief myself, which led to them stalking and harassing me, and once again, management’s response was non-existent. Despite my repeated complaints and the fact that I was being harassed in my own home, management chose to turn a blind eye and do nothing to ensure my safety. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a blatant failure of management and a dangerous environment for anyone who values security and peace of mind. In conclusion, this apartment complex has been a nightmare from day one. The lack of accountability, the dishonesty, the pest problems, the unsanitary and uninhabitable living conditions, the theft, the harassment, and the unsafe environment are completely unacceptable. If you value your peace of mind, your health, and your safety, stay far, far away from this place.

Office and maintenance staff are so respectful. The main problems are that there are no camera working if your car been stolen. Also, every week there is water shut off for maintenance issue and sometimes there is construction works and you cant sleep day time if you work at night. The price goes up every year i think there are better apartment than this one
