I truly wish I could give this place a negative review. Living here has been a awful experience. I've experienced a roach infestation to a mold problem. When I first started renting three years ago things seemed to be fine. There was an office where you could go and speak to someone. But now there is no office staff. The office itself is always locked. The laundry rooms are always dirty and there have been multiple washers and driers not in service. There is dog mess everywhere and the trash is always pilled up. The parking lots are terrible with potholes and very poor patch work. There have been numerous water shut offs or complete lack of hot water. Lights in the parking lot don't work. They increase rent but zero improvements have been made to units or the grounds. The maintenance staff doesn't know how to fix anything as I have to call them back for the same issue. The office staff are rude they really don't care about the their tenants being comfortable. They don't apologize for any inconvenience. Since this place is getting torn down I can finally share my true feelings about this place. I hope the next set of apartments has a better property management company that hires people that actually know what they are doing. Sincerely a very disgruntled tenant.

If you’ve seen 5 or 4-star reviews for The Tree House Apartment, don’t be deceived — it’s likely part of their business strategy. They offer a $100 discount to tenants in exchange for positive feedback, which clearly influences the ratings. But don’t let that fool you, because the reality of living here is far from impressive. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Tree House Apartment. Despite reaching out to the management over 10 times in the past 3 months with requests for essential repairs and maintenance, absolutely nothing has been done. It’s frustrating that after multiple follow-ups, the management has completely ignored these concerns. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and clearly have no regard for their tenants' comfort or well-being. Living here has been a hassle, and it's hard to understand how a property can be so poorly managed. The lack of action on simple issues like broken fixtures, leaking pipes, or even general upkeep is unacceptable. It’s clear that the management doesn't care about providing a safe, livable environment. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The lack of responsibility and care from the management makes it an overall negative experience.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. Property manager is useless and so is her assistant because no one is ever there and hard to get a hold of. Had to basically camp outside hoping someone would show up to sign a lease. Phone never worked. Countless water shut offs with terrible communication. Also, residents are gross and someone loves to dump their dirty cat litter under a tree behind building 2. There’s glass and trash everywhere too and sketchy weirdos hang around at night. Highly advise not to live in this cesspool no matter how cheap it may be.

Wonderful affordable apartment close to campus! Managers are awesome and quick to respond, application process was quick and easy, maintenance is also fairly quick. I have a renovated apartment with flooring and it’s very nice clean and comfortable, my dog also enjoys the balcony! Free covered parking is also a huge plus :)

If you’re looking for affordable student housing close to campus, treehouse is definitely the right place. I’ve lived here for a year and recently renewed my lease, there’s seriously no where else as affordable and conveniently located. I’m glad to hear they are recently under new management and already making improvements to the community. It’s very quiet, safe and well kept here. Most of my neighbors that I’ve met are grad students or young professionals. Maintenance is decently fast for there only being 2-3 guys and pest control is great as well. Management is quick to respond and always helpful. Only giving 4 stars because I was promised and renovated/upgraded unit with hardwood floors during lease signing by an employee who (I think) no longer works there and did not end up getting that upon move in. When I asked to move units I was told I would have to pay a fee. Other than that, it’s been great!
