Iconic Village

Honestly if i could give 0 starts I would. I do not recommend signing a lease here at all. They have a hard time even keeping management, in the year I have lived here they are now on their third management. Stairs are completely unsafe and there is not even a hand rail. All different types of bugs as well as rats and mice, you tell management and they do absolutely nothing about it. I went an entire month without hot water and had to shower at other peoples places due to it and they said they would take some money off of the rent which never ended up happening. You put maintenance orders in and they just disappear and don’t get fixed. I ended up asking the management what I needed to do to break my lease without penalty and as my lease agreement stated I did exactly that, then a week later new management came in and denied letting me break my lease after telling me they had to honor what the old management had told me even though I had followed exactly what the old management said as well as what my lease agreement stated. These people do not care about residents whatsoever.

I called and texted and emailed for weeks and weeks after applying to Iconic Village apartments, interested in a lease takeover, not even so much as a call or email back. They also have a pet screening process you can’t skip and if you don’t have a pet, there’s no clear instructions on how to “complete” a profile. Seems if you make one, you have to pay a fee. I’m very disappointed and rarely leave bad reviews.
