One of the better living options for students at NAU. It was also really easy to get information and find options for me. Special thank you to Haylee at the front desk for being so helpful and kind throughout the process!

Thank Jacob W. for the tour of Skyview! Super thorough and all our questions were answered! I think it will be a great place for my LJ to live next year. 😊

Our son hasn't even started living here and we already love this place. The staff is so friendly, kind, accommodating and communicative. Jacob Wyatt and Libby Garcia went above and beyond to help us understand the whole process. They really put both us and our son at ease. From a parent point of view, this place is top notch because of the staff. Thank you Jacob & Libby we can sleep good knowing you all are handling things.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
Please don’t fall for the “luxury” look of Skyview—it’s anything but. I lived here for 3 years, and this place consistently puts profit over tenant well-being. Below are just a few examples of the neglect and hazards I’ve dealt with:
- Animal waste sat in my hallway for over a month despite repeated requests for cleanup. When it was finally removed, the carpet wasn’t even scrubbed.
- I nearly slipped on a pile of vomit at the entrance. It was cleaned quickly, but still disgusting.
- Entrances routinely broken: one door was unusable for 3.5 months due to a missing ID scanner. The other broke often too, meaning sometimes both were out of order. Skyview was faster at putting up “do not prop” signs than fixing the issue.
- Trash buildup attracts animals and bugs, and smells horrible. Also makes it embarrassing to enter and leave a place when there are piles of garbage outside your door.
- In the winter, sidewalks and entrances were rarely cleared of ice—we had to shovel our own building entrances.
- The ongoing construction is a nightmare. My window was ripped out, a tarp tossed over it, drywall dust fell into my room, and parking/access is nearly impossible. I’ve also been harassed by workers on my way in and out.
This place is a mess, and they charge $1,200/month for it. I wouldn’t recommend Skyview—or any ACC property—to anyone. Avoid it like the plague.
