Pricing:

- Shared room with a private bath: $500 each for the whole summer & $3,900 each for the whole school year.
- Shared room with a shared bath: $475 each for the whole summer & $3,800 each for the whole school year.
- Utilities: $250 for each tenant for the whole summer & $550 for each tenant for the whole school year.
- Deposit: $250 ($75 nonrefundable)
- Parking: $150 for the year, renewed each August
