This place is amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and makes me happy to come home everyday. Our concierge Shania lights up the lobby with her presence making it refreshing to come home after a long day. She is very kind and very helpful! Anytime I have a problem or other residents have an issue she is quick to resolve the issue right on the spot. Also the maintenance team is great shoutout to Cheenou in particular! I put in a request for my washer that was off balance. He came within the hour and fixed my washer drum with in 15 mins. He did his job quick and efficiently. Overall 3033 wilshire is a great place to live and their staff is amazing, professional and quick. In other words it’s a vibe over here.

Current Resident here. UDR is the worst residential management company I had ever dealt with. Communication is terrible and almost non-existent. I have lived in many different so called "luxury apartment" in Koreatown, this management company is the WORST. Upon moving in, the receptionist didn't knew I was moving in (They were nice and friendly about it) and I had to almost bug the receptionists to inquire about EVERYTHING (They were accommodating and very helpful). The director (or not sure of the position) is almost never there, since he is managing two properties, and it seems like I have to figure everything out by myself by bugging the receptionists (Big thank you). I had to reach out to get my mail key, where to get my mail packages, how to fix my dryer (it was broken upon moving in, and had to wait 2 weeks to get this thing fixed), and the billing situation (I had to figure out when the rent due date is! Also, DO NOT GET THEIR BI-WEEKLY RENT SERVICES). I do not leave negative reviews on any establishments, but this one deserves it. The receptionists are very cheerful and accommodating, but they can't help you with your problems. They are doing their best but the UDR company doesn't communicate with them as well. All the receptionists can do is to communicate your message on your behalf. If you are still considering this place, be prepare to constantly remind them about your issue. My place smelled of wet laundry for TWO WEEKS, because they didn't send a person to fix my dryer (had to inquire 3~4 times to finally have the receptionist to call them directly). Forget inquiring anything via UDR app, just had to bug the receptionists constantly (I do feel bad about this, but this type of frustration builds up). I am just waiting for my lease to be done, I have NEVER dealt with this type of delayed and non-existent residential management company in my life. Save yourself the trouble, and DO NOT move in here.
