Absolutely wonderful townhomes, Kristin is very personable and has helped whenever I have had to reach out to her. Maintenance is really fast and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Honestly, I’ve never had a problem here because I think they go beyond when needed.

The property itself is all right. You can tell the units are pretty mass-produced, but it does its job. The real saving grace is Jesus, the maintenance guy. He's always super helpful and friendly. I've never seen him without a smile! I have high hopes for the new management as

they have definitely helped us with issues the previous management left untouched.

Wish I could give zero stars. Have lived here for about 8 months and it's been nothing but TERRIBLE. Units are very poorly built, easy clogging pipes, kitchen laminate peeling all over, AC constantly freezing and won't work during the hot summer days. Literally ZERO parking, they expect us to

park on the street during the winter months. Recently got back from a Weekend trip out of town and had our SUV parked infront of our garage not blocking any pathways unloading our bags, within 25 minutes of being parked the car was towed. Apparently they have a contract with a towing company and they must drive by every night, because we got home about 9:45pm and the car was towed at 10:07pm. Management refused to help the situation and we were forced to pay to get the car back from the towing company. DO NOT RENT HERE. Trust me. They also added 140 for cable and internet and about $45 in extra fees, so prepare for that on top of the displayed rent. EDIT: Management has never reached out, despite saying here on my review they would take care of this issue. My Rent has yet to be discounted the $175 I was forced to pay for my car back. Unhelpful and unprofessional. When I told them I was fed up and was going to look for another place to move and get my lease taken over, the lady turned into a raging Dog, and said I would be fined over $3000 in fees if I tried to leave even if I got the lease taken over. Terrible Service, will be moving out as soon as we possibly can.

This place is decent. It is the first place I have rented. despite some issues with high pay rates and little parking it makes up for it in quality service. When we first moved in the majority of our appliances did not work however Jesus fixed everything and helped

us get everything we needed set up.

It is unfortunate that I cannot give more than a 1 star rating. The townhomes are nice and I like the location. The management however is unresponsive to issues. We have reported problems with neighbors and visitors parking where they block our driveway. We have been told for months that

notices will be placed, the curb will be painted and a no parking sign will be installed. And again, months have gone by and no action has been taken. If responsive property management is one of your criteria I suggest you look elsewhere. ::Edit:: Less than an hour after posting this Google review a notice to vacate was placed on my door. So I suppose add petty and vindictive to the list of attributes of Davis Townhomes and O'Dell Crossing. Please learn from my mistakes and keep looking.
