HOA sucks, totally incompetent. They “fixed” the parking issue by making it ten times worse.

The townhomes are really good, but if they don't offer you a parking spot, don't move here. It's really a pain if you have to leave in the evening, there's no place to park when you come back. They have 4 bedrooms but only 3 parking spots for each house, if you park in the visitors parking overnight they tell you after one night that they will tow you even though the parking pass says that you can use it 10 times over night. This is so stupid. If you guys don't have space for 4 parking for tenants, don't build 4 room houses. Not worth it.

After two years of living here I have loved it! The townhomes are incredible spacious and neighbors are very kind and friendly! My only complaints are the limited parking and not having a hot tub.

You guys need to tell your tenants and the tenants friends to stop parking in the apartment comppex across the street, just because you guys don't provide enough spaces for your tenants, doesn't give them the right to park in another complex. Some people actually live in Canyon view and need those spaces. I don't care where you guys park but if I have to continue to park further and further away from my place we going to have issues. Provide more spaces for your tenants AND their guest.

Me and my family lived in one of the three-story four bedroom townhomes for about two years the space is great there’s a bedroom on the bottom level that makes a great office and the other three are on the third level. The downsides are on the middle level where the kitchen dining room and living room are there is no bathroom and parking is a challenge. There is a two car garage but it’s very small so if you want to park two cars you will need to figure something else out for storage. There is one parking space also. Other than that there are only four visitor parking spaces and parking on the street but with the college population that’s difficult to find in the evening. Also, with the college student population, some summer nights can get pretty noisy and rowdy well into the night. If you’re young and enjoy A social life, it could be a perfect place to meet people and have fun.
