Baywood is a condo complex located across the street from the Provo Smith's, Chom Burger, and Sodalicious! It is also very close to the Provo City Library, less than a five minute drive from BYU campus and is located within 1 block to the UVX bus stop. Each unit has four private bedrooms and two bathrooms for a total of four tenants per condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as central air. The complex has uncovered first come, first serve parking reserved for Baywood tenants.
