Ben Dick Arms is a condo complex located just south of BYU campus on 700 North! Each unit has one private bedroom and one shared bedroom for a total of three tenants per apartment. Each unit has its own washer and dryer, as well as central air and a dishwasher. There is also one covered parking spot per unit that is shared between tenants.
