I have live at Liberty Center for almost 3 years and it has been great. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. Maintenance requests are usually completed the same day which is awesome. The building is located in a great area and is always clean.

Erica and Angie are the best!! they keep this apartment complex running smoothly. They work super hard and are always helpful whenever I have a question or concern. The maintenance team is great, and the location is unbeatable in Provo. There are tons of retail shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and city activities all within walking distance. I save so much on gas because I can walk almost everywhere. There’s also a bus stop right on the corner, which is really convenient for anyone who doesn’t drive, and the FrontRunner is only a 10–15 minute walk away. I also appreciate the free hot chocolate/coffee/tea machine they provide for residents. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to live.

Great quiet place to live and every secure facility. Best leasing agents and property manager I’ve come across in Utah. Love the garage for the covered parking and easy access to downtown.

Management, staff and maintenance are always helpful. They listen to any concerns, take care of my maintenance requests right away and I love being able to have my own private gatherings in the club room, it's always clean. The events they have for us every season is great and awesome way to meet neighbors. Quiet and clean gym and I love that everything is private access and they stay on top of all security concerns as well. Being in the city center helps that Everything is in walking distance. I've been happy here with my kiddos and will renew again when my lease is up for renewal. Solid place to live in.

Location is fantastic right on the heart of Provo. Everyone here is great and very friendly.

Being at Liberty Center is living in a community, not just renting an apartment. Tenets are sociable and respectful. Management is understanding, fair, and very helpful. The weekend pastries and holiday activities are a bonus. Our apartment is comfortable and functional. Wish apts were larger, but convenience to the downtown shops and Liberty Center security are tops. Plus, our AC unit rocks during the summer! We love being a part of this community. It’s home!

I loved the location (right on center street where all the best activities are in Provo). I also loved having a gym, clubhouse, and on-site parking. The management are very friendly, although sometimes communication can be a little inaccurate or late. The building is very clean and kept up well. Overall I love my experience living here.

I’ve lived here for over 6 years and I love it here. The apartments are modern and clean. It has a private parking garage and a fitness room. It has a rooftop terrace that’s open during late spring through early fall. Management has always been great. So, in general, Liberty Center is great. But then you get to what puts it over the top. The location. It is literally in downtown Provo, right on Center St. This means we have so many things to do literally every day simply by going downstairs.

I really like the management and the apartment's qualities, but the cost doesn't quite match the value. Other places offer more amenities for a similar or lower price.

I have lived at Liberty Center for over 5 years and I love it here. Management has been awesome since day 1. They are very professional and they take care of requests in a timely manner. Also, the location is great, right in downtown Provo. Other than the other tenants, our neighbors are coffee shops, restaurants from all over the world, the Covey Theater with year-round shows, ice cream shops, pastry shops, a park that hosts the farmers market and Christmas lights less than 3 blocks away, two different grocery stores less than 3 blocks away, a pharmacy, the city offices, a dance club, Fourth of July parade/festival and Latin American festival 3 blocks away, kolaches, an antique shop, karaoke place, Velour (and other places that host local musicians/Indy artists/concerts), Film Quest Film Festival in the fall, and I can go on forever. This is all literally within 1-4 blocks walking distance. Plus, there’s an awesome roof top terrace that is open during warmer months. You can use the terrace for a lot of things, such as lunch or dinner alone or with friends, yoga, read a book, tanning, or just hang out relaxing. There's also two different burger joints and gelato less than a block away. As well as two pizza shops within 1-2 blocks from here and a Mexican restaurant one block away. Also, a flower shop, a book store, etc. We also have a private parking garage that requires a key fob to open the door, so good privacy. Speaking of privacy, solicitors are not allowed, so you will not have door-to-door sales people or solicitors of any kind knocking on your door. Since I’ve lived here a long time, I can say they do a good job at being reasonable when contract renewal comes up. They’re not one of those places that raises your rent by an obscene amount. Oh, and there’s donuts or pastries in the club room on Saturday mornings. Also, in the club room, there’s a coffee machine that we can use to get free coffee. But if you want to go to a coffee shop, Peace on Earth Coffee is literally on the bottom floor of the building. Liberty Center is perfect for everyone because you can literally go downstairs and walk around and be entertained. Also, once in a while, during warmer months, you’ll have street performers outside. I’ll open my windows if I like their music and just let them serenade me. If I don’t like their style of music, I simply close my windows. There’s also a classic car show downstairs about a block away every summer. Also, in the time I've lived here, they've filmed two Hallmark movies downstairs in the neighboring businesses and streets. Don't worry, it's not disruptive to us tenants, but it was fun walking around in the middle of summer while many of the businesses downstairs were decorated with Christmas stuff and there was a bunch of fake snow everywhere. The other movie was a fall movie. So again, it was the middle of summer, but several of the spots they used for filming were decorated for fall, including a bunch of fake trees with fall leaves (orange/yellow/red) outside, including next to Peace on Earth Coffee downstairs since it was one of the filming locations. Also, I'm a runner, so I love that it's so close to several hiking trails, the Provo River Trail, and the lake. It's easy to get on the freeway since the building is right off Center. You just get on Center, go West and get on the freeway. I can write an entire book about how awesome this place is. Liberty Center is great. Management is great. The location is great. Overall, living here makes one feel alive because it is in a location that is full of life. If you’re lucky enough to live here, do it.
