Lone Tree is a townhome complex located off of 700 East, a few blocks south of BYU campus and the South End Market! Each unit has three shared rooms and two bathrooms across two floors for a total of six tenants, as well as in-unit laundry, central air, and a dishwasher. There are enough covered and uncovered parking spaces for each tenant in the building to park one car.
