Great place to live! Nice people with an indoor sand volleyball court. The locations is great, not super close to BYU campus but really close to everything else.

I probably wouldn’t have signed my lease here if I’d had the opportunity to walk through it first. The apartment is very old and worn down. There’s a lot of mold in the shower and kitchen sink. We’ve cleaned it a few times but it keeps returning. There are no overhead lights in the rooms, the furniture is falling apart and the parking is laughable. That being said, the rooms are really spacious and the private bathrooms are a great touch. The shared shower is inconvenient, though, because it’s impossible to shower without waking up your roommate. There were a lot of bugs in the summer but we haven’t had any issues with mice which is lovely. It has definitely got its ups and downs.

We have a really good space, though it is kind of dark due to no overhead lighting. All of the rooms are good sized, and we have really good storage in the kitchen and bedrooms
