We have 8 and 12 month leases. Rent is $970/month with a $50/month utility fee. Electric is paid by tenant to Rocky Mountain Power and is usually $25-$35 per month. You only pay for parking once per contract! Individual WiFi routers in each unit provide FAST, secure, private internet that lets you connect all devices. 2-bed units are NOT furnished. There’s A/C in the unit as well as a fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Washer/dryer HK-ups are available for a stackable electric set, or tenants can use the coin-operated laundry facility on-site.
