Rent is $860/month with a $50/month utility fee. Electric is paid by tenant to Rocky Mountain Power and is usually $25-$35 per month. You only pay for parking once per contract! $40 first car, $60/second car. Individual Wi-Fi routers in each unit provide FAST, secure, private internet that lets you connect all devices. 1-Bed units are furnished with a table, couch, and complete queen-sized bed set (mattress, box spring, and frame). There’s A/C in the unit as well as a fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on-site.
