My apartment was in great condition when we moved in. It looked like it was well taken care of. Maintenance really cares, and on top of things. I have never felt like my requests were ever forgotten or dismissed. The grounds are well taken care of. No linen or coat

closet. Sometimes you have to be creative where you’re going to store your things. But very cozy size. Doesn’t feel cramped. There are A LOT of dogs.

This apartment complex is located in Rexburg Idaho. I do not like living here because the management is not good and the amenities are not worth the price that it takes to live here. The apartment is pretty good but there is no closet space and it's not worth the

price. In fact the rent is actually going up come September. The only reason I'm going to keep living here is because it's cheaper than everywhere else. I would give this a one-star rating but because it is the cheaper place I'm going to give it two stars. They also do not do a good job of fulfilling maintenance requests and their communication is very bad in general.

The managers and maintenance men at Providence Square are the absolute best. They are incredibly responsive, communicate often, and are friendly. The online portal is super easy to use to pay rent or request maintenance. The club house is huge and the gym is amazing and best of all is

usually pretty empty. Overall, we loved our time at Providence Square and would highly recommend it to anyone especially if you have a dog or cat!

We lived in 3 units over the span of 1 year. Be weary of basement units. Our window well flooded soaking through the wall and into both rooms. It ruined some of our furniture. However management did allow us to switch to an upstairs unit which we throughly enjoyed. Nice

staff and maintenance done within a reasonable time frame. Very dog friendly. We loved the dog park and wash/grooming area. Overall a good place to live in Rexburg.

Providence is pretty nice. The management is always on top of things when you call in and I feel like the rent price is fair for the pet amenities. The club house is always easy to reserve with a quick call and the gym is usually empty. The maintenance guy

always comes within a day or so of when you make a maintenance request. Overall I like living here.

My husband and I moved to Providence Square because we wanted a nicer looking place and loved the kitchen layout. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Management at first was poor but Nicomi came in and was incredible. I had pregnancy complications and opened up to her about it -

she bought me flowers and chocolate and let me feel seen and heard. She also helped us sell our lease once we got a job offer and needed to move. We loved how spacious the apartment was and it felt SO homey! I also love the dog park and all the amenities especially the dog spa!’

The place is OK. The amenities are old and don't work well. The management is meh. Location to the university is great if you don't mind walking. They gave us a list of costs that they would charge at check out but when we checked out it was higher than
