Sewage water/waste was coming up out of our shower/sink drains for a week. We reached out every day requesting maintenance and didn't hear back for 5 days. 5 days of livin in a literal biohazard. When they finally came by, they drained the clog but left feces and waste everywhere in the shower and sinks -- they did not sanitize or clean it. We're finally getting an attorney involved due to mangement's lack of communication and complete disregard for tenant wellbeing. Management is terrible and the apartments are falling apart. Do not live here unless you have literally no other option.

We haven't even moved in yet, but the management has been very frustrating. They keep on adding random fees for silly things like taking out everyone's trash for them etc. Other than that, its a nice place and super social.

I loved living here! It was super social and there were a lot of ward activities and events out on by the complex. The kitchen and front room were a good size, and the bedrooms were a little on the small side but had enough space. The pool, hot tub and gym were also nice.

The room is in great condition and any necessary repairs are made quickly! Liberty Square hosts events at least monthly which is a great way to meet new people. I absolutely would recommend Liberty Square to anyone.

Liberty Square is a great place to live! Everything you need is nearby and there are tons of social activities if you want, or you can easily have your space if you prefer. The parking is really good for provo and management responds quickly to any maintenance requests you have. The office is easy to find if you have any other questions. The age range of this complex is youngish. There are people from BYU, UVU, just working, or other trade schools. It's a great place, especially in the summer.

They try really hard but are very difficult to worth with, maintenance issues are frequent, and staff doesn’t always treat you very kindly. But the apartment is ok and close to byu so it does the job
