I’ve lived here since November 2024 and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great. Parking is extremely difficult after 5 PM. It’s very hard to find a spot near the building, which becomes frustrating when you come home in the evening. Another issue has been a strong smoke odor. Since we moved in, we’ve repeatedly reported to the front office that it smells like neighbors are smoking either inside their apartment or on the deck. The smoke comes directly into our living room and the smell can get so strong that we can’t even enjoy our living room. This has been ongoing since we moved in and hasn’t been resolved. There’s also a problem with dog owners not picking up after their pets. There is dog poop everywhere around the property, which makes walking around unpleasant.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish I would’ve read the reviews mentioning the BEDBUG problem before moving in. We are currently forced to stay with relatives while paying rent for an apartment that is completely unlivable. They refuse to acknowledge the ongoing bedbug issue and are too cheap and careless to adequately treat the entire building. Our first “treatment” did nothing. THE BUGS ARE STILL THERE. And while we wait for a second “treatment” to even be scheduled they completely stopped responding to any phone calls or emails. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I could write a book about all the reasons to not live here. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live.

Me and my partner are currently living here and moved in November 17th of this year. On the 24th of November I was having a really bad allergic reaction all over my body. I went to multiple doctors taken multiple medications, tests and couldn’t find out why until January 2nd we found bed bugs in our bed. Mind you everything in our apartment is completely bought brand new NOT second hand. We have never experienced having bedbugs before and we are 99% sure they were here already. Of course we told the office and luckily with some pushing we were able to have them get the exterminator there day of. Obviously they didn’t answer any emails or calls and they always have the same excuse that the property manager isn’t there but he is literally never there. So as of right now we had our first treatment for the bugs and currently have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get a second treatment. We went back to the house after the first treatment and still saw bugs!! Mind you me and my partner haven’t been living there since we found bedbugs. It has been so stressful for us as this is our first apartment. Also we tried to tell the office that we believe they came from someone in this unit or they were already here and of course they said No that isn’t possible because no one else reported bedbugs. So as of right now we paid 1,500 rent for the month and we haven’t been living there since the 2nd of January and STILL cannot get ahold of ANYONE for the second treatment. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here it may look really nice on the outside but it’s a slum and I regret signing the lease because we are stuck here for another year unless we want to pay $3000 to break the lease. I used to live here and the leasing office sits there a lie to my face and told em my top neighbors never made Sound but they did and enough to Knock stuff off my walls, i had to call the police on them and they almost broke down my door to fight me! the leasing office will charge u with things that break on them. I left without Finishing my lease because how bad it is and i’m gonna be suing them for safely. Don’t live here and they own Enclave apartments and i used to live there also and that place is bad so make sure the same Company doesn’t run the apartment also!!! They won’t respond to my emails at all and they most likely won’t respond on this review!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! Brianna has been absolutely amazing—super helpful and always professional. The entire place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. I especially love the pond; it adds such a peaceful touch to the community. The location is also a big plus—convenient and close to everything I need. Any issues I’ve had with my apartment were handled quickly and efficiently. The manager and staff have been consistently friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
