The Cottonwood Buildings at Sunnyside Apartments opened in 2023 and 2026. These apartments are newly constructed, modern, unfurnished, clean housing within close proximity to the University of Utah’s academic center and accessible via a free Campus Shuttle. Students who are married, in a domestic partnership or are single parents and meet the eligibility policy as students or are full time University employees (single or married) are eligible to live in the Cottonwood Buildings.

Monthly rental rates include all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash removal, internet and cable television service) and laundry services. Leases are month-to-month.
