I am so appreciative of Sally the manager. There was a special going on for a move in and after I received the first lease from Fairgrove it was over $400 more than what was advertised. Thank you again Sally for getting it fixed right away as that shows me you take care of any issues right away.

I have been here for two years and I just want to say how thankful I am for Miss Sally . Moving can be stressful, but she made everything so easy and welcoming. Anytime I needed help, she were there -- always kind, patient, and understanding. You can tell she put her heart into what she does. People like her make a huge difference!

This is my second apartment and I love it here. Sally is amazing. She takes such good care of the apartments and tenants. I’ve never had a problem. The neighborhood is great as well.

This apartment was my first apartment and i loved this place. The interior is very nice and clean and the grounds are well taken care of especially over the last couple of years because of the property manager, Sally. She is wonderful and really cares about everyone and making sure that it is a safe place to live. We loved it, thank you Sally!!

WORST apartments to ever live in. Roach infested and people constantly throwing trash and food OUTSIDE the trash bins which brought more roaches and rats. Horrible management and the rental manager was constantly harassing me after I made a noise complaint. When i moved out she added ridiculous charges and refuses my deposit. When i reported it to constellation management they gave me partial of my deposit back due to required “painting” that everyone had to pay and defended the manager when i reported her and said it was a “difference in our personality”.
