I have enjoyed living here this year. Facilities are constantly being improved/maintained by the hardworking manager, Mason. He has been very helpful with maintenance requests, even in the middle of the night one time.

Honestly, this would be an ideal place to live. It's not fancy or anything but it's good for the price and right next to the university. The dealbreaker is that if anything breaks in your apartment you are pretty much screwed. The management will try to do everything themselves to cut down on costs meaning it takes forever for them to get around to anything. My roommates and I have put in several work orders over the past 5 months and not a single one has been completed.

Excellent new management and great manager Mason. He is so helpful and easy to work with while keeping things fixed, tidy, friendly and collaborative. Great place to be 1 block from campus. Walking distance to so many places and parks! We love it:)

Terrible apartments and management. Lied multiple times. No air conditioning and was 104 outside. Had been broken for months and they lied that it would be fixed next day. HUGE hole in ceiling. Place was disgustingly dirty, never cleaned between tenants. Burned out light bulbs, broken dishwasher, mattresses extremely disgusting. Finally talked to owner and got out of contract. Bedroom was 90 degrees with the portable fans they gave. Would not reccomend to anyone!

Lived here twice and had no problems! The management is great and works with you. There are rules laid out and no bending of them, but that's what makes it so much better. I don't have to worry about my roommates having their boyfriends over all night and smoking pot. Pool and AC which are a must for St. George!
