each listing has a contact button that allows you to send a message directly to the leaseholder. you'll need to create an account and be logged in to send messages. all communication happens through our secure messaging system to protect your privacy.

how do i list my sublease?

after creating an account, click on "post a listing" in your dashboard. fill out the required information including location, price, available dates, and property details. upload clear photos of your space to attract potential subletters and increase your chances of finding the right match.

what information should i include in my listing?

include the exact address or neighborhood, monthly rent, available dates, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, amenities, and any house rules or requirements. the more detailed and accurate your listing is, the more likely you are to find a suitable subletter who meets your needs.

how long does it take for my listing to go live?

most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission. we review all listings to ensure they meet our community guidelines and quality standards. once approved, your listing will be immediately visible to students searching for subleases in your area.

how do i reset my password?

click on "forgot password" on the login page and enter your email address. we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. if you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

how do i delete my account?

go to your account settings and scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find the "delete account" option. please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. all your listings and messages will be permanently removed from our system.
