I’ve lived at West Park Apartments for about four and a half years, and during my time here, I’ve been truly comfortable and happy. Thanks to this apartment, I was able to complete my studies and graduate without worry. The staff — especially Michelle — are incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about maintaining the property. In my opinion, West Park offers one of the most reasonable prices for student housing in Chico. It's also one of the safest and cleanest places I’ve lived. The management team goes above and beyond to create a sense of community. During exam periods or hot summer days, they often organize BBQ parties, offer free pizza, and hand out snacks to residents. Every year, they even hold a raffle at the end of the year, giving residents a chance to win a generous $200 gift card. The laundry facilities are always spotless, and I’ve never had any issues with damage to my clothes — a small but meaningful detail that shows how much care goes into maintaining every part of the complex. Everything about their management is organized and thoughtful. I’m deeply grateful for the time I spent here and would highly recommend West Park Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and community-oriented place to live in Chico.

I lived here for 4+ years as I was going to college. I had a great experience. Management is very nice - super helpful. I've never had a significant issues with my apartment. The maintenance team is quick to reply - I once called them at 3am and even then, they were quick to address the issue. Can't recommend this place enough!

Westpark has been such a great place to live ! It really is a home. i moved here from out of town and was really hoping to find a place I can call home and stay at for a while and Westpark has been it. The mgrs and staff are all so friendly and sweet they will help you so much ! Thanks guys :)

I have lived here for 2 years, going on three years because I just renewed my lease again. I am an international student from China, and the staff has always made me feel comfortable and at home. Anytime I have a problem they are always available and willing to help me. I recommend Westpark Plaza to anybody looking for an apartment.

I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. (2017-2020) Everyone in the office is awesome. The management is good. I love this place.
