This is a very cool, very cozy house, perfect for couples without children who are still in school. The rent is reasonable for the house, and it's conveniently located between BYU and UVU, just 13 minutes from UVU and 7 minutes from downtown Provo. Personally, I love the house, and so far I haven't had any negative experiences with the property management; everything has been great. They are respectful and attentive to our needs.

Craig has been excellent to with and the company stays on top of everything and is very responsive to any maintenance requests. I highly recommend renting with Halladay.

These apartments are absolutely perfect. I have had no issues at all. It is modern, clean and very functional. I am enjoying living here. My son and I enjoy the well kempt private lawn.

We’ve had a great experience with management and the repairmen! The only issue that tends to arrive is disorderly neighbors. We’ve had neighbors’ children destroy our property and apartment complex property which is unfortunate. However, due to the area and how well we’ve been treated at this apartment complex we have stayed. Management will listen and expect rules to be adhered by all. Repairmen always respond promptly to any request made. They are amazing!

I’ve only had great experiences with Halladay Living! Our apartment is beautiful, it’s nice and updated while still having the fun and beautiful things that bring character from historic homes. The property I’m at is reasonably priced and in a great area of Provo. Rich is a great property manager, and we’ve always gotten quick and easy response from any maintenance requests or questions. Overall, they’ve definitely been the best management group I’ve had!
