Everything was good, except the Wi-Fi. The actual area we lived in was great, the apartment employees were very helpful. We had horrible to no Wi-Fi the entire semester. We put in multiple maintenance requests, called the internet provider company over a dozen times and went in person to talk to management many times. When management told us they would send someone over they never reached out for an update, we had to keep coming in. Finally they gave us a solution after 10 weeks, so we again waited for an update. We receive nothing and weeks later when we came in to ask for an update we were blamed for not updating them. They said they couldn’t do anything and it was our fault because we did not keep telling them we were having problems and because we gave up calling the internet company, even though we had made it very clear the entire semester we were having problems, and the previous conversation we had weeks earlier they told us they would send us and email or text to update. The WiFi never was fixed, the entire semester we were kicked off of online tests, and had to go to campus for any WiFi. I understand the issue was complex but blaming your residents for a problem with an amenity you promised us, and we pay your for is not okay. We made it very known we were having problems. I don’t ever care enough to leave reviews, but when you pay thousands of dollars to live here and go to school at Byui, but you’re unable to be a student at times due to most things being online and zero WiFi most days, it was infuriating being blamed for that.

This place is ugly, old, and way too expensive for what you actually get. You end up paying way too much for a place that looks bad and feels outdated. The front office staff is not the best, and the service is honestly disappointing. They also claim that they made “improvements” to the gym, but that’s not true. The gym is still ugly, outdated, and missing the equipment you would expect from a gym. Nothing about it feels upgraded. The white glove clean check at the end of the semester is also completely unfair. You don’t get to choose the day or time; they assign it to you, and if you’re not there at that exact moment, you fail the clean check. It makes no sense. Don’t come here, go to other apartments instead. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team, who actually do their job well.

This apartment complex is honestly a bad place to live. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, and they make everything more difficult than it needs to be. Nothing here feels fair — from the overpriced rent to the way they handle everything all the way through the end of your contract The price is way too high for what you get. The apartments are old, outdated, and nowhere near worth the amount they charge. They act like they’re offering something nice, but the reality is completely different On top of that, you never know what kind of roommates you’ll end up with, and that can ruin your whole experience. Those “good reviews” people talk about? Honestly, they don’t show the real situation. Most of them don’t mention the stressful roommate situations or the awful management Nothing about this place feels fair or respectful to the people who live here. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to live. This one is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind

MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR LAST OPTION. I lived here for 2 whole years+. I used to love this place, even worked maintenance but there’s a lot of negligence when comes to maintaining property. They’re “renovating” what was stolen or broken that they were responsible themselves to replace but instead raise the rent on the students. I have caught the managers lying to me when they failed to put in rent discounts, late fees, and spring rent rates. Housing department called them out on a lie before. Elevator has been slower every year for the men’s and they aren’t going to fix it anytime soon to pocket more money. Amenities are okay, not over the top but they’re nice. Their parking lot is a scam too. Boot sharks will boot your friends even when they don’t break the rules. Not to mention, the loud drivers on the south side of the men’s building (have a noise maker or you’ll be awoken often). Don’t expect them to fill parking lot potholes either. This place does not treat you well for your money. They encourage fake 5 star reviews that people have never come back to change.

I love this place! The managers are super nice. They have something going on always! I love the shuttles they have as well as how big the rooms are! Great place to stay! It is a bit expensive though. Around $480 a month.
